By using Mediator you agree to the terms below.
1. What Mediator is
Mediator is a web service for alternating deep work and recovery: a focus timer, breathing practices, NSDR audio sessions and a voice diary with automatic state analysis.
2. Not a medical service
The service is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not prescribe treatment. State scores are informational and do not replace a doctor or therapist. If symptoms worry you, see a professional.
3. Account
One account belongs to one person. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken under your account. We may restrict access in case of intrusion attempts, automated load or other abuse.
4. Trial and subscription
After registration you get 7 days of free access. After that the service costs 199 ₽ per month. Payment processing launches later; until then access is extended manually on request.
5. Your content
Recordings, transcripts and analysis results belong to you. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee it. The service is provided "as is"; liability is limited to the amount paid for the last paid period.
7. Termination
You can delete your account in settings at any time. We may stop serving an account that breaks these terms, notifying you by email.
8. Law and disputes
The laws of the Russian Federation apply. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, at the operator's location.
